Mr. Rodgers has over 25 years in the Residential and Commercial Lending Industry, He has owned his own mortgage company for over 15 years (All Virginia Mortgage Company Inc.) He also has served with the Virginia and National Association of Mortgage Bankers. Mr. Rodgers holds multiple Certifications and Diplomas in Finance as well as Health and Human Services. He has always been an advocate of transparency in lending laws and disclosures. He is known as an out spoken critic of the so called "Option Arms" and other lending devices that put people in homes they could not afford. Mr. Rodgers is now a Mortgage Officer with Benchmark Community Bank. He is always willing to speak to business or social groups on the topic of ethics in the lending industry.
